Account Registration

Registration of an Account on joocasino-ca.com is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age for gambling in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Bonus Terms

Refunds on bets and Bonuses are possible only when explicitly stated in promotional terms or in the event of errors attributable to joocasino. Otherwise, all bets are final once accepted by the system.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of joocasino to the User for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the bet placed by the Player in connection with such claim. Under no circumstances will joocasino be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Intellectual Property Rights

Changes to Terms

Users will be notified of any material changes through emails sent to the registered email address and via conspicuous banners on the Platform. Continued use of joocasino after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue access and use of the Site immediately.

Termination & Suspension

joocasino may suspend or terminate User accounts under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or other policies
  • Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent or unlawful activities
  • Failure to complete KYC or verification requirements
  • Request by the User to close the Account

Upon termination, available User funds will be refunded after verification, except where illegal activities are involved or Terms are breached. joocasino will notify the User via email regarding such actions and any applicable procedures.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the use of joocasino-ca.com shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute not resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Act (Ontario), with proceedings conducted in English in Toronto, Ontario. Alternatively, issues may be brought before competent courts in Ontario as permitted by law.
